SPIN + STRENGTH
30 min spin + 30 min strength. Everything your body needs in once class.
SPIN + STRETCH
30 min of spin + 30 min stretch. We begin with high intensity beat based cycling followed by 30 minutes of restorative stretch.
SPIN
45 min for yourself, on a bike, you can close your eyes, cry, dance, hit a personal record, race your friend, you name it.
STRONG
Aimed to target full body strength in a 45 minute class. you will have the chance to strengthen and sweat.
TRX Circuit
This class combines TRX PLUS other equipment like balls, boxes, bands, etc! Targeted at total body strength in an interval training format.
