Just you and the bike.
In SPIN, you have 45 min for. yourself on a bike to close your eyes, smile. cry, dance, hit. a personal record or whatever you need that day. This class is beat based, meaning we ride to the beat of the music. During this class you will get a high intensity interval based workout hills, sprints, choreography based songs, and more! Each instructor has their own vibe (like in life)! We always reccomend you try a couple different instructors to get a sense of your favorite spin vibe!
