At LET’S SWEAT, we’ve created a unique class that blends intensity of beat-based indoor cycling with the deep release of yin yoga inspired stretch. This 60-minute workout is ideal for anyone looking to build strength, improve flexibility, and recover mentally and physically.


Yin Yoga inspired stretch.

The second half of class focuses on restorative fitness with long-hold stretches, inspired by yin yoga. Our instructors guide you through a slow, mindful sequence targeting muscles worked on during spin, as well as tension from sitting of stress. It’s the perfect compliment to your training or daily routine.
