Building STRENGTH.

STRONG is all about slowing down, focusing on form, and building muscle. Taught by experienced trainers with weight lifting backgrounds, this class will use a combination of dumbbells, TRX, boxes, ab-dollys and more to create a total body strength building workout. The class will always begin by mobility and core activation work to make sure our bodies are ready to resistance train!

Never picked up a dumbbell before? We are so happy to have you here! In STRONG classes, we always give variations of movements so you can find the best one to meet your fitness background. In this class, instructors take time to demo and cue movements so you feel confident in what you are doing. Never hesitate to communicate to an instructor if you are new to a move, we are here to teach!
