At LET’S SWEAT, we believe in strength, form, and progression. Our STRONG class is designed to help you build muscle and increase strength at your own pace. In this class, we slow down to focus on proper while pushing your body. Led by experienced trainers with weight-lifting backgrounds, you’ll work through movements using a combination of dumbbells, TRX, boxes, ab-dollys, and more to create a well-rounded total body strength workout. With every class starting with mobility and core activation, you will always feel prepared for your workotu!

Never picked up a dumbbell before? No problem! In STRONG classes, our instructors provide step-by-step demonstrations and cues to help you successfully do each movement. Never hesitate to communicate to an instructor if you are new to a move, we are here to teach and offer variations that are best for your body!
