Each class, you will hear a unique playlist for spin and a strength workout you have never seen before. Boring workouts is simply not in our vocabulary at LET’S SWEAT. While we will target similar muscle groups each class to create a total full body workout, you will experiences different variations of exercises each time. Our strength days rotate between endurance, slower strength, foundational, and HIIT workouts. Whatever you goal is, you can achieve it here.

Whether you are a seasoned gym goer or it is your first time picking up a dumbbell, our classes are adaptable to all levels! Always feel free to communicate to the instructor if it is your first time in this type of class or new to a specific movement, our aim is to help YOU get the most effective workout for your body and goals!
