TRX stands for total body resistance exercise. TRX Circuit is focussed on developing total body strength along with coordination, mobility, agility, and more. This class is an interval based workout as you rotate through stations. You will get a combination of slower strength, power, core, and cardio based movements. As always, you can expect a different workout each day you come!
