Preparing for your 1st class!

You never forget your first time...  Please come about 20 minutes early to get set-up on your bike, etc.  Our class is for all fitness levels - most of the class being at your own pace, so no excuses!


  • Showers
  • Lockers, but no locks, so BYOL
  • Dressing rooms


Is available before 9am and after 5pm in the lot South of us.  There is street parking and parking in the nearby neighborhoods.

Clip/ Slip In...

You can clip-in or slip-in.  We do not provide clip-ins though, so BYOC!  Our bikes are Keiser and have SPD style pedals.

***We do highly encourage clients to wear clip-in shoes.

Don't forget...

  • Tennis shoes for the strength training portion of class
  • Towel (for sweat or shower)
  • Water


Keep in mind that if you haven't arrived by the start time, you may lose your spot on the bike.  We ask that everyone arrives early enough for class to get set-up on their bike prior to class starting (at least 7 minutes or so).  Thank you for helping us to have a smooth start to all classes!
