Preparing for your 1st class!
You never forget your first time... Please come about 20 minutes early to get set-up on your bike, etc. Our class is for all fitness levels - most of the class being at your own pace, so no excuses! ANY OTHER QUESTIONS, PLEASE DON’T HESITATE TO SHOOT US A TEXT - 520-485-9812.
Lockers, but no locks, so BYOL
Is available before 9am and after 5pm in the lot South of us. There is street parking and parking in the nearby neighborhoods.
Clip/ Slip In...
You can totally wear normal tennis shoes (this means you slip-in). You can also clip-in, however we do not provide clip-ins, so bring your own! (Our bikes are Keiser and have SPD style pedals.)
***We do highly encourage clients to wear clip-in shoes. Especially as you come to more and more classes it is encouraged that your purchase clip-ins.
Tennis shoes for the strength training portion of class
Towel (for sweat or shower)
Keep in mind that if you haven't arrived by the start time, you may lose your spot on the bike. We ask that everyone arrives early enough for class to get set-up on their bike prior to class starting (at least 7 minutes or so). Thank you for helping us to have a smooth start to all classes!
