- LET'S spin - (spin only) - Join us for 45 - 50 minutes on the bike for a high intensity interval, beat based ride.
- TRX TEASE - We are very excited to introduce Lloyd Lewis to the LS Team! His 45 minute class mixes TRX suspension training with cardio blasts and will leave you sore the next day! No prior TRX experience necesarry.
- LET'S YOGA - Join Soleil for a strength focused yoga vinyasa flow. Some yoga experience is preferred.
- LET'S strengthen - 50 minutes of strength training to tone + sculpt.
- HAPPY HOUR HIIT - 50 minute bootcamp combining strength + cardio.
