8 different classes to keep that spice in your life (and balance)!

  • SPIN + STRENGTH group classes feature about 30 minutes of cycling PLUS 30 minutes of strength training that changes every day. You get a spin PLUS a strength class all in one hour!

  • LET'S spin - (spin only) - Join us for 45 - 50 minutes on the bike for a high intensity interval, beat based ride.

  • TRX TEASE - This 45 minute class mixes TRX suspension training with cardio blasts and will leave you sore the next day! No prior TRX experience necessary.

  • LET'S YOGA - Join Soleil for a strength focused yoga vinyasa flow. Some yoga experience is preferred. Light weights are incorporated, but optional.

  • LET'S strengthen - 50 minutes of strength training to tone + sculpt. We incorporate different equipment for variety from dumbbells to boxes to TRX.

  • LET’S work - Strength training (mostly dumbbell work) plus cardio (sometimes we use the bikes, sometimes jump ropes, it depends, but you will get your heart rate up) to tone + sculpt.  This is bootcamp meets strength.

  • Buti Yoga - This yoga flow fuses power yoga, tribal dance and plyometrics into a high-intensity workout that transforms the body. Buti is an Indian Marathi word that means "a cure that has been hidden or kept secret". This practice helps one strip away the layers that hide this cure and bring about total transformation. You are sure to have a blast! Best happy hour in town!

  • spin + yin - 30 minutes on the bike warming up your body, so you can completely release with 30 minutes of yin yoga.  Slower paced, longer holds, more breath, less worries.
